Grab a 16 Oz can of Mountain Screamer Green Salsa, add chopped avocadoes, onions and cilantro. That is all you need to make the best salsa dip ever!
This is my "go to," dip. The acidity of the salsa keeps the avocadoes from oxidizing which means you can prepare it one or two days prior to your event and it will look and taste just as fresh as the day you made it! I always make it for special events like cook outs, potlucks or holidays and after the event is over, the avocadoes still look great even a few days after!
Mountain Screamer Green Salsa Dip
1 or 2 Ripe Avocadoes
1/2 onion (or as much onion as you prefer.)
1 Jar- 16 Oz Mountain Screamer Green Salsa
A hand full of chopped cilantro.
Your favorite tortilla chips
Seriously, the easiest dip!
Finely chop your onion
Finely chop your cilantro
Chop avocadoes into cubes.
Pour all ingredients into a salsa or serving bowl that can handle at about 30 Oz of ingredients and gently fold all ingredients until they are all covered in Mountain Screamer Salsa.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or pour over hot dogs, hamburgers, burritos, eggs, or anything you can dream of!
